You can exchange or return your items without any restrictions, for any reason, and within 30 days of receiving your order!

(We extend this period during the Christmas period to make it easier for you to manage your gift purchases).

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Laboa will cover the cost of returning the new item.

In the case of a defective or damaged product, and after analysis by our services, the cost of return will be reimbursed to you by the means of payment used at the time of the order.

Our defect rate is very low, however it may happen that a weakness escapes our quality control and we apologise for this.

For any faulty item please contact us before sending your item back to contact@laboa-shop.com, and send us photos of the fault / malfunction. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

The exchange will be taken into account immediately upon receipt of your returned item (with the return and exchange form attached), and subject to available stocks.

In the event of a total cancellation, a refund will be made within 7 to 10 days of receipt of your returned item.
