  • Can I exchange or return my items?
    Of course, we are very flexible! You can exchange or return your items without restrictive conditions, for any reason, and within 30 days from receipt of your order!   • The article does not suit me how to exchange/ return it?
    Don’t worry, you have 30 days to exchange or return an item that doesn’t suit you. All you have to do is follow the available instructions.
  • Is there a charge for returns and exchanges?
    The cost of return is your responsability. Laboa takes charge of the shipping costs of the new article. In case of defective or damaged product, and after analysis by our services, the return cost will be repaid to you through the means of payment used during the order.   • My item is defective, what to do?
    Our rate of defective items is very low, however it may happen that an error escapes our quality control and we apologize. For any defective item please contact us before returning your item by sending us a message through our form below, we will respond as soon as possible.   • What is the repayment or exchange period in case my item is returned?
    The exchange will be taken into account immediately upon receipt of your returned item (with the attached return and exchange form), and subject to available stock.   • How can I be sure that my order has been placed/shipped?
    A summary of your order is automatically sent to you by email after validation and payment of each order. A dispatch confirmation email, with your tracking number, is automatically sent to you when your order is dispatched. These emails may be considered as spam, so please check your spam folder.   • Is it possible to order without going through the website laboa-shop.com?
    Yes, offline orders are possible! Just send us a message by filling in the e-mail below. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with instructions for ordering, payment and delivery.
  • Is it possible to find a Laboa product elsewhere than on the website?
    Our products are only sold live via our website or on some events (fairs, sporting events etc.) during the year. For now, no reseller store offers our products.   • How do I choose my size?
    You will find the size guide on each product information sheet of the online store. Note that these indications are standard, according to European size norms, but may vary according to the pelvis morphology specific to each.   • I’m between two sizes, which one to choose?
    If you are between 2 sizes, we recommend to take the largest size for more comfort. Each size has an adjustment margin that will allow you to adjust your belt bag to your morphology. Access the online store

    When you order on the site, if the item or size doesn't suit you, we'll exchange it or take it back very easily! You can come and try on the product you want directly in our Le Mans showroom at 29 rue des Marais, 72 100 Le Mans. We are also present at many trade fairs and events.
  • Will out of stock items be replenished?
    Our stocks are updated several times a week according to customer exchanges and returns, do not hesitate to come back to the site to check availability. Items from the permanent collections are restocked in the spring and in the fall. New or limited collections are indicated on the pages shops and product information sheets of the site, and will not be renewed after break.
