We process and ship your orders 3 times a week (on the mondays, wednesdays and fridays).


What does “process your order” mean ?

- Analyse, prepare and deliver your order to the carrier, for all valid orders.

- Send you a processing email, for any invalid order (anomaly in the order or delivery address, out of stock, etc).



We work with La Poste (Royal Mail) for shipments in France and abroad. 

- For your security and comfort, all our shipments are suit with a tracking number.

- The informative delivery time of La Poste with tracking number is 2 working days in Metropolitan France, 3 working days in Europe excluding France, 5 to 10 working days outside Europe.

(These times are informatives and may change according to constraints of the haulier, beyond our control).  

- You can track the status of your order on, using your tracking number.

- CAREFUL: according to new measures of La Poste, your tracking number is only flashed and active in their system online from the arrival of the package in the regional sorting centre. It can therefore take up to 24 hours after delivery, before your tracking number appears on La Poste website, even if it is already in transit.



The delivery fees change depending on the number of products ordered, the weight, and destination. The fees are calculated and displayed in your basket, before the validation of your order. 

These fees are only a contribution to the total cost of: file management + handling + packaging / labelling + transport of your products (Laboa takes in charge the remaining part to offer you an advantageous delivery price !).
